RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At ANGEL ON LEAVE, we want you to love every piece that helps you live life on your terms. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
