At ANGEL ON LEAVE, we're committed to getting your order to you so you can start living life on your terms.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States: 3-4 business days Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically 5-7 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal service or the carrier.

Damaged Packages
